ROYCE RESOURCES CORP. INCREASES PRIVATE PLACEMENT OFFERING TO TOTAL GROSS PROCEEDS OF $1,350,000
Further to the news release dated Oct. 2, 2015, Royce Resources Corp.’s offering has now been increased by an additional three million units at 15 cents per share for proceeds of $450,000.
This brings the total gross proceeds to $1.35-million subject to final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
